Why Connect
Why connect Shopify with WhatsApp?
Shopify handles the sale. WhatsApp handles the conversation that follows, with a channel customers are likely to read.
Get Noticed on WhatsApp
Order emails can go unread or get buried in the inbox. WhatsApp messages give customers another way to see important order updates.
Recover Abandoned Carts
When shoppers leave checkout without completing their purchase, send a WhatsApp reminder if their phone number is available and the required messaging permissions are in place.
Confirm COD Orders
Send cash-on-delivery customers a message with their order details and payment method. This helps set clear expectations before the order is dispatched.
Automate Order Updates
Send shipping, delivery, and cancellation updates automatically based on order events. Your team can spend less time sending messages manually and focus on other tasks.
How It Works
What this integration does
Order placed? Customer gets a confirmation.
Cart abandoned? Customer gets a reminder.
Shipped, delivered, or cancelled? Customer gets updated automatically.
