Connect in 6 steps
Connect Zoho Books once, configure your templates, paste webhooks into Zoho Automation, and optionally enable balance enquiry.

Open the integration
Go to WhatsApp → All Integrations → Zoho Books in Emovur.

Connect
Click Connect Now and accept the Zoho permissions.

Choose your organization
If more than one Books organization is available, select the correct one under Change organization.

Configure a workflow
Open New Invoice, Payment, Estimate, or Customer, pick a WhatsApp Business API template, map the fields, and save it as Active.

Paste into Zoho Automation
Copy the webhook URL and JSON body from each workflow into Zoho Books under Settings → Automation → Webhooks, then attach it to a Workflow Rule set to "When Created."

Turn on customer enquiry
Open Customer WhatsApp enquiry, generate an API key, and connect it to your chatbot so customers can ask for their balance.
