Refund Policy
At Emovur, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital solutions and services. Customer satisfaction is at the core of what we do. However, due to the nature of our work (which involves time, effort, and digital resources), our refund policy is as follows:
1. Service-Based Refunds
- Digital Marketing Services: Once a project has commenced (strategizing, content creation, ad setup, etc.), refunds will not be applicable.
- Website Development / Design Services: If a project is canceled before the design/development work begins, a partial refund (up to 50%) may be issued. Once work has started, no refunds will be provided.
- Software & Technical Services: Custom software services, integrations, or automation solutions are non-refundable once the project scope is approved and work begins.
2. Project Cancellation
- If Emovur is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to internal reasons, a full or partial refund may be considered.
- If the client wishes to cancel after project initiation, Emovur reserves the right to retain payment for the work completed up to the point of cancellation.
3. Retainer and Monthly Services
- Monthly retainer agreements (for services such as digital marketing, SEO, ads management, etc.) require a 30-day written notice for cancellation.
- Payments already made for the current month are non-refundable.
4. Dispute Resolution
- In the event of a dispute, Emovur will work closely with the client to resolve concerns amicably.
- If necessary, partial refunds or service credits may be offered at Emovur's discretion based on project status.
5. WhatsApp Business API Subscription
- Please note that all payments made towards the WhatsApp Business API subscription are non-refundable.
- Once a subscription is activated, Emovur and its partners incur setup and operational costs that cannot be reversed.
- We strongly advise customers to review pricing, features, and terms of service before making a payment.
- By proceeding with the purchase, you agree that you will not be eligible for a refund, whether partially or in full.
